As you develop a sense of safety and trust and feel deeply understood by me, you will probably gain insights and relief in better understanding yourself. As we go, clients increase their awareness in themselves and their relationships with others. They become calmer, wiser, more confident, and empowered.
I have experience working with individuals with depression, self esteem issues, substance abuse, relationship issues, divorce, childhood trauma, domestic violence, PTSD, and other anxiety disorders. I offer a variety of treatment approaches to match differing client needs and preferences, including attachment-based therapies, family systems work, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
