I love working with many different populations and have a lot of experience working with women, LGBTQ+ folks, clients living with chronic illness and/or invisible disabilities, and clients with attachment trauma and other early traumas.
I specialize in using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients heal from trauma and limiting, negative beliefs. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to working alongside you with respect, understanding, and genuine care.
