I use EMDR, cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approaches to help clients address their trauma, find their voice in their relationships, and break free from any addictive patterns they may have so they can show up more fully in their relationships.

I’ve been helping adults and teens since 2005. I am a trauma-focused therapist ready to address recent or childhood traumas. Also, I have experience helping people with a history of religious abuse.
