I work with individuals and couples, and I'm passionate about understanding my clients' struggles and giving them hope for healing and redemption. In coming to counseling, my clients can be assured that I'll provide a safe, non-judgmental space for them to grow and find healing. Of particular interest to me is helping people who struggle with relationship difficulties, sexual intimacy issues, vaginismus, sexual shame, religious and sexual identity conflicts, spirituality, and conflict and boundary issues.

I know that asking for help can be a difficult process especially when it comes to the mental health of your child. We have all had times in our lives when we and/or our kids needed extra support to be healthier. I am a Private Practice Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist (aka: I have a lot of training and experience counseling kids). I enjoy helping kids who struggle with attachment issues and/or have experienced trauma which is why I am trained in the two evidenced based trauma therapy treatments (TFCBT and EMDR) and in Theraplay Level 1 to grow relational attachment. Many of my clients are foster care or adopted kids.
