You know that you are ready for something different. I am here to listen and help you understand the "why" within your struggles. Our work will focus on allowing for all sides of you to have a voice, to be understood, and to have the space to grow.

With your guidance, we will look at old patterns of relating that are no longer serving you. Together we will explore your interpersonal relationships, bring words to feelings, and examine how you avoid distress. This meaningful process helps you cultivate the change you are seeking.

I work with individuals 14 and older with a variety of concerns including family of origin issues, eating disorders, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns, anxiety, and depression. I have post-graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy which can improve one's sense of self, provide lasting change, and create new ways of being in the world.
