Let me help you navigate and understand the meaning behind your pain and suffering, even if you believe that there couldn't possibly be meaning. Alone, you are left questioning yourself, wandering through the dark. Together we can try to find the light and explore how to transform your pain into strength and wisdom.
I provide counseling in the St. Louis area. My areas of expertise include; anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bi-polar, trauma disorders, Neurodiversity, Autism and working with people with varying disabilities. I am able to provide assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, de-escalation strategies and various coping techniques.
Additionally, to being a licensed therapist I am also a certified Special Education teacher with over 15 years of experience working closely with teens and adults who have disabilities. I welcome the opportunity for us to meet to see if we make a good fit. I provide a non-judgmental, open environment for us to do our work together.
