I have seen both professionally and personally how transformative the therapeutic process can be when seeking change, growth, and healing. My goal is to provide clients a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore and process their pain and help them reflect on how their experiences influence their perception of themselves, others, and the world. With empathy, understanding, acceptance, and encouragement, I work with clients on integrating changes so that they have the tools they need to live a happy and healthy life.

I work very hard to create a relationship that will provide you the safety and warmth that you need to explore your experiences; I am very comfortable earning your trust. I use different treatment modalities, depending upon which is appropriate for you personally. Empathy is the primary tool used to give you the safety you need to explore your inner world while we begin to understand your experiences together.

Since 2015 Claire has been in private practice as a clinical therapist providing therapy to children (6 and up), adolescents, and adults of all ages. Her open nature and style of communication provide a dynamic in the therapist/client relationship which is often most important. Claire's clinical experience includes working with obstacles in life such as PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment-based concerns, ADHD, stress, grief & loss, and difficulties that accompany developmental diagnoses such as autism which can affect entire families.

I am a creative and caring professional holding a master in counseling psychology degree and a certificate in child and adolescent counseling. With a holistic and trauma-informed approach, I treat the whole person with special emphasis on the effects of trauma. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults. With my previous work in the private sector and art community, I am uniquely qualified to assist individuals with creative challenges or career transitions and concerns.

My passion is to provide kids and adults with the help they need to navigate through difficult times whether it be related to family, school, mental health or substance use. As a licensed specialist clinical social worker, I have experience in a wide variety of support and counseling services, including assessment, crisis intervention, and individual, family and group therapy in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. I have conducted anger management and substance abuse evaluations, and I have facilitated group treatment programs.

Gabi Goldstein is board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas and holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. With a career spanning since 2017, Gabi has demonstrated her expertise by providing mental health treatment across diverse settings, including acute-care facilities, residential placement, outpatient services, and private practice. Gabi is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and has prior experience serving as Clinical Director of a Mental Health Agency.

Trauma sucks! It's had you on an emotional roller coaster for a while, and lately there are more downs than ups. You try your best, but you can't stop spiraling. Your emotions feel so unstable and you feel depressed even when things are fine. Plus there's intense anger, intrusive thoughts, seemingly random anxiety, fallouts with friends and loved ones, and/or a host of chaotic relationships. You want to feel balanced, in control of your emotions. You want to have healthy relationships that bring more joy than stress. The focus of my work is helping men and women who are struggling with compulsive sexual/relationship behaviors (also known as sex, porn or love addiction) that have had negative impacts on a person's relationships, overall emotional well being, health, family, career and other aspects of life. Struggles with sexuality can involve a great deal of pain, guilt and shame. If this is your experience, finding a professional who can provide a safe and non-judgemental space is crucial. In addition, I work with individuals who experience difficulties creating and maintaining intimate connections in relationships.

Childhood mental health issues have been rising for awhile now and we saw an even bigger increase the past few years. Not only are our children struggling, it is hard work learning to parent our children with mental health needs. Navigating depression, anxiety, mood swings, trauma, etc is not meant to be done alone. I believe in working alongside you, your child, and family as we tackle issues together.
