We all need help sometimes. Are you struggling with anxiety, trauma, life changes, issues around gender and/or sexual orientation, or relationships with unhealthy dynamics? I specialize in working with lesbian, gay, queer, and transgender populations.
As a Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I serve as a guide to help clients to compassionately look at all of the parts that have developed within themself throughout life with a non-pathologizing lens. I also utilize Mindfulness-based, Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), EMDR, and other approaches depending on the needs of the client.
