I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and behavior Management to help clients take steps to gain control of their life and makes changes.
I have a background working with children and families who have experienced trauma. Traumas that effect families range from divorce, loss of a loved on, economic struggles, or violence in the home. My work is focused on helping those individuals heal from the trauma.
With all that is happening in the world right now, many people are experiencing an increase in stress, anxiety, and depression. Sometimes, reaching out and talking to someone about it can make a huge difference. You do not need to be alone in your pain.
