Hello, I'm Steven Buchheit, a Licensed Professional Counselor, with 20 years of experience dedicated to guiding people toward healing and personal growth. I enjoy working with people who struggle in these areas. Through a compassionate somatic approach I seek to help my clients find self love and a deep sense of connection. I specialize in treating adult survivors of trauma and individuals suffering from addictions, relational problems, anxiety, panic, and mood disorders. I utilize a somatic focused EMDR approach called Natural Processing that allows for increased awareness and deep healing. I integrate this with the Safe & Sound Protocol, IFS and Deep Brain Reorienting.

Addictions and Attachment
The group is for adults of all genders who struggle with addictive behaviors including but not limited to substance abuse, eating disorders, gambling, relationships, video games, sex/pornography, shopping, etc The group focuses not only on behavioral struggles and ways to cope, but also on the development of the addiction, how attachment and trauma increase ones vulnerability for struggles with addiction, on the members present sensations and somatic experience, and on a mindful healing process. The group meets virtually on Mondays at 6:30pm for 90min.
