It takes time to allow the reality behind our symptoms to reveal themselves. Treatment can help you feel more present in the moment, in control of your world, compassionate towards all of your parts, and safe.

If you are working through an affair/infidelity, trying to rebuild your coupleship, contemplating a separation, or experiencing conflict in your relationship, I can help guide you through this space (individually or couples therapy). I also use play based EMDR with children ages 6+. Therapy Style: somatic attachment focused EMDR, EFT, & Patrick Carnes model.

Kelly is a LPC, School Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is a CSAT & is trained in Somatic EMDR & EFT. Kelly has trained directly with Drs. Patrick and Stefanie Carnes, Dr. Kevin Skinner, Dr. Ken Adams, & Dr. Rob Weiss. She is a the author of Deeply Troubled Radically Forgiven and has a BS in Health MSU and a MA in Counseling from WSU.
