I help people reengage in valued activities and relationships, heal from trauma, and rediscover what is most important in their lives. My approach to therapy is relational and integrative. I employ behavioral health interventions, viewing these elements as tools that are best utilized in a broader person-centered context of physiological health and psychological wholeness.
With a background in existential therapy, I specialize in depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationship counseling, chronic pain and headache treatment. I have a special interest in helping people who are engaged in educational pursuits.
I believe that it is important to provide care that is not only evidence based and empirically supported, but also sensitive to individual uniqueness. I consider it a great honor to create a safe space with you so you can regain the vital meaning we all need.
