I am a psychodynamic psychologist with 15 years of experience, primarily working with adults and older adolescents. I also have experience with eating disorders, and also in a health psychology setting working alongside primary care physicians. Starting psychotherapy can be straightforward or complicated, depending on your needs. It would be unlikely to find concrete solutions during the first one or two meetings. More often it becomes a lengthier process, addressing problems with relationships, or with generally feeling overwhelmed, trapped, or bogged down in life.
I am available to provide psychoanalysis, which includes multiple sessions per week. This approach is less popular, but it provides an opportunity for a much deeper level of self-awareness.
