I use a nonjudgmental, compassionate, holistic approach which eases your ability to open up and feel comfortable with me. I am taking new clients and I look forward to connecting with you!
I believe in the importance of mind-body connection and viewing things from a holistic lens. I am also a yoga teacher and reiki practitioner. I like to incorporate these modailities into therapy to offer a healing session incorporating mind, body and spirit.
