At Headwaters Wellness, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, laid-back environment where you can share your story and find ways to heal and move forward. I work together with adolescents, young adults, women, and their families, creatively and holistically. What is your story? Are you looking to get back to your true self or reach your potential? I utilize evidence based practices for women with fertility/assisted reproduction, miscarriage, postpartum support, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Additionally, I work with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, school related issues, trauma, and life transitions. Music & expressive arts therapy are also utilized.
At Headwaters Wellness, I run an intentionally small practice to ensure each person I work with gets met with compassion, feels unhurried, and at ease.
