Jeff has worked with a wide range of clients, ages 6 to 90, who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, physical, emotional & sexual trauma, life transitions, gender identification, and relationship and/or communication issues. Jeff has assisted clients achieve their personal goals in a non-judgmental, trusting, and safe manner.

My ideal clients are interested in improving their self awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I treat any of the following issues: depression, anxiety, anger, substance abuse, relationship issues, sexual behaviors, trauma, domestic violence, low self-esteem, eating disorders, attention deficit difficulties, autism, schizophrenia, stress management, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, child behavior and attitude problems, school behavior, low motivation, weight loss, quitting smoking, grief and loss of a loved one, divorce, parenting issues, co-dependency, pain management, social skills development, bi-polar disorder, abusive family situations, work problems, shame/inappropriate guilt, and negative thinking but treat many more issues.

As a former teacher turned therapist, I have developed a strong counseling tool box. I specialize in supporting adolescents/teens and adults find ways to cope with trauma and loss, manage anxiety and depression, develop problem solving strategies and social skills, overcome substance abuse and low self-esteem, and manage family conflict. I am also able to help the individuals I work with to develop executive functioning and advocacy skills at school, home, and in the community. Hello, welcome to my page. I am a graduate from Westfield State University with a Master's in Social Work. I currently hold a license in individual clinical social work (LICSW). I am passionate about integrated behavioral health which encourages the integration of mental health and whole-body health. I love the work I do and am inspired by the lives of everyday people.

Helping people work through changes of stages and developing coping strategies to help with daily functioning. Individual Therapy is also helpful with children and families in helping regulate emotions and learn new coping skills that they are better able to adjust to their environment and respond in a healthy way.
