I earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Massachusetts, Lowell, in 1989. I obtained my Master's degree in mental health counseling form Suffolk University in 1993. I completed my certification in graduate studies in counseling at Lesley University in 2006.

I offer compassionate, heart-and-soul-centered, nonjudgmental, supportive, strengths-based therapy in the comfort of your own home via telehealth. I work with teens, kids, families, parents, individuals and couples. I am trained at Simmons College and Harvard Medical School. You deserve the BEST! I became a therapist because I LOVE PEOPLE and I want to support you becoming the person you always wanted to be. My services are tailored to individuals struggling with a variety of mental health disorders (depression, anxiety, panic, mood disorder) and substance abuse issues. I work with all populations and provide home based therapy and outreach-- to the elderly-- and those diagnosed with complicated medical issues. My services are geared toward assessing one's baseline and identifying specific strengths, coping, limitations, vulnerabilities and grounding skills. I also incorporate the spiritual element of healing--which fosters personal growth for recovery.

As a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting those struggling with mental health and addiction, I have provided on going support and guidance utilizing a diverse set of treatment approaches. I have extensive experience supporting those diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety based disorders (OCD, GAD, ADHD), Bipolar disorders (1 and 2), PTSD, Austim Spectrum Disorder and Personality disorders. My goal has always been to support others in reaching the healthy quality of life that they strive for by utilizing an individualized approach in their treatment plan.

Our ideal client is someone who is need of support, guidance, and is willing to explore in a collaborative effort with their therapist to reach mental and emotional healing. One who is able to take accountability on what they need to do to get better, and someone who genuinely wants to improve the quality of their life. Their goals need to be realistic and achievable.

RVCC is a multi-service community-based mental health agency serving the Pioneer Valley since 1953. RVCC offers counseling and medication management at offices located in offices located in Holyoke, Chicopee, Easthampton, Springfield, and Westfield. RVCC also provides counseling in schools throughout Hampden and Hampshire Counties and on the campuses of Springfield Technical Community College and Bay Path University.
