I typically have daytime openings for college age and younger adults however I specialize in working with young children, adolescents and families. I utilize a person-centered and strength-based approach and I enjoy helping children, adolescents and adults learn about and manage their own mental health needs in a variety of ways. The majority of my caseload consists of clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and more.
I have been trained in trauma-focused treatment, CBT, and family therapy to name a few.
