The therapeutic relationship is a partnership in which we work together towards goals that feel both realistic and manageable. I work collaboratively with clients helping them understand patterns of behavior and thinking, through a variety of approaches including psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I have more than 27 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults/college students in various settings. I support clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, parenting skills, anger management, low self-esteem, stress management, and interpersonal/relationship difficulties.
