Whether you are experiencing a life transition or would like support for a long-standing concern, I will partner with you in working towards your goals, and developing new ways of thinking and living with emotions. I see adolescents and adults with a wide-range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, perinatal mental health, and major life transitions. My particular specializations are dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders, trauma, and mood disorders, and I am Level 1 trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
I take a holistic approach, including mindfulness and talk therapy, and use techniques from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
