I earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Massachusetts, Lowell, in 1989. I obtained my Master's degree in mental health counseling form Suffolk University in 1993. I completed my certification in graduate studies in counseling at Lesley University in 2006.

I am a LMHC with 25 years of experience specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, impulsivity, and PTSD. I have training in CBT and treat autistic children and adolescents. A key goal of therapy is to provide symptom relief. I also specialize in Critical Incident Debriefing in the workplace, helping individuals overcome traumatic experiences.

My therapeutic approach is direct and engaging with an emphasis on life goals and behavior change. Through active listening, focused questioning, problem solving, skills building and understanding motivations for behavior, I work to set a successful result for treatment. Appointments 9am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 7am-5pm on Saturdays.
