Not all Who Wander are Lost! Ecotherapy removes the confines of traditional office setting and creates a therapeutic alternative to "talk therapy". Ecotherapy calls you to challenge yourself, unearth a deeper connection to nature and explore new ways to unpack limiting beliefs, repair relationships and appreciate the beauty of the journey.
My past clients have ranged from international musicians, photographers, gymnasts, dancers, theater directors, actors to college students, teenagers and parents. The clients I see most often have problems with stress, anxiety, depression, and managing big transitions in life. I run Men's Groups and support groups for creative people called the Artist's Way.
I believe you are the expert of how you want to live your life. My role is to work with you to help identify and reach your goals. Goals can be small or large, you only have to be willing and open to change and improving yourself.
