I specialize in helping clients cope with and manage anxiety, depression, mood or emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal or family conflict related issues. Techniques I explore include: CBT, motivational exercises, expressive based techniques, & humor! I specialize in addiction treatment and trauma, and treat Individuals, Couples, and Families. My clients struggle in relationships to create boundaries for healthy partnerships, and I treat their symptoms of anxiety, depression, and codependency. Post-traumatic stress disorder is an issue for many of my clients, and I specialize in processing trauma in a safe environment, having earned a Certificate in Trauma from JRI’s Trauma Center in Boston. I am trained in all areas of addiction treatment and can offer medication management by a prescribing nurse.

I earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Massachusetts, Lowell, in 1989. I obtained my Master's degree in mental health counseling form Suffolk University in 1993. I completed my certification in graduate studies in counseling at Lesley University in 2006.
