Prioritizing your mental health by entering psychotherapy offers the opportunity to work on challenges in life and begin the process of self-discovery and healing. It is this process that allows you to get to the root of your emotional challenges through a therapeutic relationship where you can get help reaching solutions and learn new ways of problem-solving. I will help sort out and manage difficulty in relationships, feelings of depression and anxiety and identity issues. Many of my clients have issues with long term relationships and I offer the support they need to manage these situations.
My role is to meet you where you are in a non judgmental way. I work with individuals between the ages of 18 and 65 years old who may be experiencing depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and relationship trauma. If a relationship seems overwhelming, past trauma has affected your life, or have sexual identity questions I have experience in these areas.
I can accommodate most busy schedules although at this time I have only daytime appointments available. Call me for a consultation so we can create a plan to get you back on track.
