Therapy is a place to pause and get your bearings, to figure out how to best meet what is coming your way. I help people to reconnect with parts of themselves they've lost contact with so they may widen their perspective and create a better relationship with themselves and others.
I work to create a warm and empathetic environment that supports self-acceptance and personal growth. I utilize a relational approach and techniques that engage clients in the healing process from our first session. Living the life you want is a practice, and with practice it becomes second nature.
