I have many years of experience resolving long-term depression, anxiety, social isolation, phobias, intrusive thoughts, low confidence and difficulty with decision making. I help couples who have issues with trust, communication & conflict resolution. My clients are people who have reached high levels of success in many areas of their life, but still feel that something is holding them back from living their best life.
I have many years of experience honing my approach to improve confidence and self-esteem, enhance or begin intimate relationships, decrease conflict, achieve professional goals and improve communication. I use techniques from the Gottman Method, as well as draw from my background in DBT and CBT training. I'm based in Waltham & Belmont and also work online.
