Currently my practice is conveniently available via telehealth allowing consumers to engage in psychotherapy sessions through a secure platform from various locations within MA I aid clients in managing symptoms of depression, anxiety and other difficult experiences through self exploration, increasing a sense of control, and changing problematic patterns. You have unique knowledge of your life and I have an objective viewpoint and training. Through an increased understanding of the various aspects of your concerns and problems, together we can aid you in improving areas in your life that may benefit from change.

I am an active participant in therapy sessions, asking questions, offering my thoughts and feedback so that we can work together to understand the issues and to work together toward a resolution through either changed behavior or acceptance of others.
