I focus on working with young male clients (ages 9-25), using a blend of therapy + coaching, focusing on peak performance, confidence, healthy relationships, and athletic performance. The problems I most often see clients experiencing are low self-esteem/confidence, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Riser+Tread aims to reach as many young guys as possible, helping them “Step Up + Move Forward.” My work over the last few years as a therapist and coach has mainly centered around guys ages 8-25. Riser+Tread has one mission, to help young guys by providing helpful information online for free, as well as offering paid services.
