I specialize in IFS, Internal Family Systems Therapy. We explore the mind, body and spirit, EFT and CBT can also be beneficial. Serving as a catalyst, mirror and witness we re-orient self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, unburden effects of past trauma. You grow and expand your sense of self, creativity and ability to navigate life and relationships.
