As a psychotherapist and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 30+ years of clinical experience specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I will help you sort out long-standing unresolved life issues, navigate occupational and career decisions, guide you to make better life choices in relationships, and provide helpful solutions. Using CBT has shown to be an effective approach to accomplishing these goals. My desire is to create a setting where change is possible, and also realized. Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 7 AM-5PM (last appointment 4 PM) Friday 7 AM-Noon
My practice is working with both individuals and all couples, and includes couples seeking consultation before marriage. Areas of clinical expertise and focus include those in the LGBT community related to family issues, relationships, Coming Out, and substance use concerns.
