Colorful Resilience LLC is a Queer Afro-Latina owned mental health group practice providing services -primarily, but not exclusively- to the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, first generation and immigrant communities. Our clinicians are proud representatives or unapologetic allies of all the communities we serve.
We provide individual, couples and family counseling to humans ages 5 to 75. We offer services in person at our office in West Springfield, or via Telehealth anywhere in Massachusetts. We offer services in English and in Spanish. We are committed to a cultural competent and therefore inclusive practice of behavioral health.

Trans Support Group
We are proud to host a Telehealth 8-week support group for trans-identified individuals 18+ with Ariana Berglind LICSW (she/they). This group is focused on creating a space where people can gather, meet other trans folks, share their journey and their experiences, and find support in people who have shared lived experiences with them. DBT Skills Group for Adults
Do you struggle to regulate your emotions or navigate relationship challenges? DBT can help you decrease reactivity, improve communication skills, and move beyond putting out fires. You can work through the four modules (mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance) in a supportive and inclusive environment. Facilitated by Vaughn Flichtbeil, LICSW (they/them).
