Individuals who seek help are incredibly courageous, and I am grateful to be a small piece of their journey along the way. My approach uses various modalities that are both, structured, and unstructured, depending on the needs of those I'm serving. Everyone deserves to have an opportunity to feel relief, joy, grounding, and security. This looks different for all, and I'm happy to adapt as needed while supporting in reaching the ultimate goals outlined. I offer the most experience with individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, bipolar symptoms, relationship issues, ADHD, and addiction.

Current hours of practice-Mon thru Thurs, 7a.m.-2 p.m./Fri-7-12. Clients must be able to meet during this time frame; no afternoon or evening sessions. Adults/Individuals only. (Combination of telehealth and in person sessions; platform Doxy.me is utilized for telehealth). Treatment focus includes CBT, mindfulness, trauma informed care (PTSD/complex/developmental/attachment trauma); other treatment modalities are utilized based on client's needs; eclectic range of therapeutic interventions used.

As a therapist, my goal is to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your full potential. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to develop customized treatment plans that meet their unique needs. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

I am a compassionate and dedicated Chinese counselor. Being a Chinese woman myself, I have a profound understanding of the unique challenges that Asian individuals face in the American context. I strongly believe that culture plays a significant role in shaping our mental health. It influences our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Recognizing this, I am committed to empowering Asian individuals living in the United States.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to providing trauma-informed, compassionate care to those I work with. Bob Chabot is a seasoned clinician who brings over 35 years of experience to his practice. He believes that therapy is a conversation in which the therapist functions as listener, facilitator, collaborator, witness and guide. Bob has helped children better fit into their families, and parents shape their home environments to better meet the needs of their children. He has helped couples renegotiate, rework, and repair their relationships and has helped individuals grow and move forward on their respective paths.

Through compassion, collaboration, and solution-focused interventions I help my clients understand their emotional needs, improve their ability to communicate effectively, and utilize their inner resources to develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Updated 01/26/2024: We have CURRENT telehealth (video) openings for clients located in MA and CT, and limited in NY, TX, and FL. School, work, family, relationships, LIFE...they can all be stressful, overwhelming and seemingly unmanageable sometimes. Going to therapy for the first time, or starting over again with a new therapist can be intimidating. Combining your expertise (you are always the expert on you) and ours, we will work to overcome barriers to happiness.

I have been a Clinician in the mental health field for over 9 years, working with adults, adolescents, and families in a variety of different roles. While I am comfortable working with a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns, I particularly enjoy helping people overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationships challenges. Christina loves helping others and enjoys using humor, and person centered therapy to assist clients with dealing with today's challenges. She likes to help clients write their own story and what their life should be and with free of judgment. Christina can assist with managing goals and other behaviors throughout the lifespan, but she will try and go to the core and find what is going on to help you. She is further trauma certified and has experience with a variety of diagnosis, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, neurodiversity, and much more.
