My many years of experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents and their families and having worked in various settings, has enhanced my ability to adapt to each client's individual needs. Believing that everyone's healing path is different, I utilize this experience to offer diverse approaches to address the different needs, struggles, and goals that each individual may have.

I have been a practicing clinician for approximately 12 years, and have worked successfully with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Primarily my work has been with children and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, and/or behavioral challenges, however I also have worked with adults experiencing similar challenges. Whether you or your loved ones are currently experiencing depression or anxiety, or you or your child struggle with emotional regulation, I would provide a supportive environment to discuss those challenges and help you reach your goals.

Telehealth Provider Only Late evening appointment and weekends available. I enjoy working with client who are thinking and making changes in their lives but may need assistance moving forward. Helping people work through changes of stages and developing coping strategies to help with daily functioning. Individual Therapy is also helpful with children and families in helping regulate emotions and learn new coping skills that they are better able to adjust to their environment and respond in a healthy way.

We are a Private Group Practice with 30+ counselors in 4 locations: Lakeville, Bellingham, Raynham and So. Easton. We treat: all members of the family and can help with transitions from divorce, school difficulties and peer relationship problems. Several therapists specialize in couples counseling, addictions counseling, grief and loss, trauma and play therapy. Elevate was incorporated so that we could meet the needs of the family and individuals in their entirety to provide the best and most comprehensive level of care in an outpatient setting as possible. We also have medication providers in the communities that we serve.

Emotions are complex entities, fed by our experiences, beliefs, and relationships they can be both difficult to express and understand. For individuals who feel overwhelmed by their emotions compounded by the every-day stressors that life can bring, therapy provides a pathway to enhanced wellbeing. Tackling the misconceptions and stigmas that therapy is a privilege for a select few, my goal is to help put the power of self-awareness into the hands of all individuals through a mental health plan of action with a modern nuance that feels relevant to the realities of today.

I have worked extensively with children, teens, and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression. Working with parents to improve communication and form more cohesive parenting is a strength of mine, as is working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma.
