I have been a practicing clinician for approximately 12 years, and have worked successfully with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Primarily my work has been with children and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, and/or behavioral challenges, however I also have worked with adults experiencing similar challenges. Whether you or your loved ones are currently experiencing depression or anxiety, or you or your child struggle with emotional regulation, I would provide a supportive environment to discuss those challenges and help you reach your goals.

My ideal clients are interested in improving their self awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. RVCC is a multi-service community-based mental health agency serving the Pioneer Valley since 1953. RVCC offers counseling and medication management at offices located in offices located in Holyoke, Chicopee, Easthampton, Springfield, and Westfield. I work with clients from 6 to 90 years old who are looking to learn to live their life in a healthy manner, who wants to improve the quality of their relationships in a personal and Laboral life. This include kids, adolescents, young adults, and adults, married or single, living alone or in a family setting.

Life can be extraordinarily challenging and finding a therapist that "fits" can be intimidating. I enjoy working with diverse clients from varied backgrounds. My passion is working with motivated clients to address trauma, anxiety, and various life transitions. I also enjoy working with teenagers navigating the road to adulthood. I have been working in the field as a Masters Level Clinician for about five years. I have the LMHC credentials. I have the ATR-P and completed the EMDR training.
