Holistic Healing & Process Grief Group Spring '24
Co-facilitated with Marci Zeiff (meditation teacher and certified Reiki master), this all gender group for adults grieving the death of a loved one will utilize a blend of holistic healing techniques (such as meditation, gentle movement, writing, and energy healing) to help participants process their loss and move through the grieving experience. Natick Adolescent DBT Skills Class
The Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Class consists of 4 modules - Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness - is designed for adolescents who struggle with anxiety, emotion dysregulation, impulsive behaviors, and relationship struggles. The class will meet in-person Mondays 6:15p - 7:15p starting late January. It is recommended that participants engage in all 4 modules totaling 16 sessions ($40 per session) - sliding scale options available. This DBT skills class is an adjunct to individual therapy, but it is not run as a therapeutic group. Therefore, it is not reimbursable by insurance.
