I am the founding executive director/owner of Aeon Counseling & Consulting, a company that empowers individuals and organizations to achieve their missions. I have nurtured my clinical practice independently with Spanish speaking populations for more than a decade and I believe in an approach that is ruthlessly compassionate.

I believe therapy can be a powerful tool to help individuals identify harmful patterns in their lives and learn new and healthy ways of creating and maintaining a more fulfilling life for themselves. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I aim to assist my clients to develop greater insight, cultivate positive self-regard, and empower them to find balance within themselves and their lives.

I have been working in the field as a Masters Level Clinician for about five years. I have the LMHC credentials. I have the ATR-P and completed the EMDR training. I earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Massachusetts, Lowell, in 1989. I obtained my Master's degree in mental health counseling form Suffolk University in 1993. I completed my certification in graduate studies in counseling at Lesley University in 2006.

Telehealth Provider Only Late evening appointment and weekends available. I enjoy working with client who are thinking and making changes in their lives but may need assistance moving forward. Helping people work through changes of stages and developing coping strategies to help with daily functioning. Individual Therapy is also helpful with children and families in helping regulate emotions and learn new coping skills that they are better able to adjust to their environment and respond in a healthy way.
