Vejen has been in the mental health field for over 11 years. Vejen works with children, pre-teens, adolescents, adults and older adults. Vejen uses different scopes of practice such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and group therapy among others. Vejen has over 7 years working with dual-diagnosis clients and is experienced with addiction counseling.

I earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Massachusetts, Lowell, in 1989. I obtained my Master's degree in mental health counseling form Suffolk University in 1993. I completed my certification in graduate studies in counseling at Lesley University in 2006.

I work with individuals and/or families who struggle to find hope, balance or freedom from fear in its many forms.
