Twenty years of Modern Psychoanalytic training have vastly enriched my understanding of and ability to work with deeply felt emotion. I also use IFS work, mindfulness and movement to manage deep pain. I am a gifted clinical supervisor, often a consultant, a coach and mentor, to those in the healing professions and an all around mental health practitioner.
You may want to use the couch alone, or explore older forms of group/family based work. I also host healing ceremonies in a rural, semi-magical/sacred healing space. In any case, I will try and point you in the right direction, if I'm not right person to help. I'm happy to consult and often answer my phone, if you just want to talk about the next step.

Strawberry Field Men's Group
This is a small group, currently meeting every other Wednesday evening at my home office. We seek to safely navigate the challenges of early career and relationship building, along with later, mid-life difficulties, including divorce, lack of intimacy with partners, children and parents. Younger and older men help each other in an age old tradition of community and mutual support. We focus on maturation, accountability, trust, empathy, and compassion for self and others, as fragile/vulnerable and healing/resilient men. We practice the feeling of belonging in safety, attached in joyous connection, finding the respect and love we need to grow together!
