In all of my work, I believe in using a strengths-based and identity-informed approach to build a trusting and collaborative environment. Therapy can often be a demanding process and I aim to provide a sense of compassion, validation, and humor when needed.
Outside of my private practice, I am the Director of Psychological Services in the College Mental Health Program at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, providing individual, group, and consultation services.
