About Louisa Gould, LICSW: People seem to find me when they are supposed to in life. Clients who come to see me, often feel as though they need support with something in life. Mainly I find that most of us experience some sort of interruption in our lives. These interruptions can be addictions, losses, toxic relationships, difficult decisions, traumatic situations or can take many other shapes and forms throughout life. It is my belief that it is through these interruptions, that people often seek counseling and support. No one should have to travel through life alone.
We are a group practice of 3 clinicians including Louisa Gould, LICSW, Paula Cranshaw, M.Ed and Susan Kelley, LMHC. We specialize in addiction recovery, trauma recovery, anxiety/mood management and adolescent care. We also have experience with treatment of various other behavioral health conditions, using a variety of evidence based interventions.
It is our fundamental belief, that people know what they need in life to thrive. We think that people are taught through negative messages that they do not. Therefore, we support people with reconnecting with their inner core strengths and abilities to navigate toward wellness, to learn to trust their gut again, in order to thrive rather than just survive.
