Janet Winocour works with individual adults and couples and has been leading a 15 week separation/divorce support group for over 30 years. The next group will start in May 2024. Janet specializes in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss and trauma. She is a certified Imago Couples Therapist, certified group therapist and is trained in IFS(Internal Family Systems) and EFT (Emotional Freedon Technique). Several times a year, Janet co-leads a day long Couples Connection Workshop that combines communication theories and techniques to help couples build a more meaningful and intentional relationship.

Divorce Support Group - 9/2023
A 15 week in person group for men and women struggling with feelings of abandonment, depression, loss of confidence, trust and self esteem in response to the loss of a relationship. The group will provide the opportunity to survive this loss, share experiences and information, decrease isolation and support members through this difficult time. The leader, Janet Winocour, has been running this group for over 30 years and accepts most insurances. The meeting night will be determined by the needs of the group members. There will also be a zoom group offered.
