I provide individual therapy for adults and older adolescents who are looking for new ways to make positive changes in their lives. I help people who are struggling with trauma, histories of abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, family or origin difficulties, life changes, and grief and loss. Through support, collaboration, and guidance, clients are able to improve interpersonal relationships, enhance coping skills, and develop a stronger and healthier sense of self.
I have worked with a wide variety of adults and adolescents for over 25 years. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can be honest and open. Using a variety of different therapeutic modalities, I aim to help each person improve overall stability, happiness, and life satisfaction.
