My approach includes helping you to gain new skills to navigate current challenges, past trauma, and develop more healthy relationship patterns moving forward. I do this by using active listening, empathy and compassion in a safe and judgement free environment, My style is interactive, my methods are eclectic, meaning I use a variety of approaches. I meet you where you are and let you set the pace. Sometimes we work together very briefly, other times for longer depending on your goals.
I currently work with children (four years and over), adolescents, and adult women. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, self esteem, peer relationships, anger management, impulse control, mood disorders, eating disorders, self harm, and suicidality.
