Please note, I am not currently accepting new clients, but I do maintain a wait list. I believe that therapy should be a non-judgmental and safe place to explore, discover, heal, and find relief. Finding a good therapy match is crucial to bringing about the change that you desire in your life. Working with someone who helps you to feel seen, understood, and challenged in a non-threatening way can create the safety to explore the unknown and help you grow into your full potential.

I practice both short and long term individual psychotherapy with adults. Though I have trained in multiple treatment modalities, my primary approach is psychodynamic and relational. I have completed advanced fellowships in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance and the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis.

My areas of expertise include working with survivors of traumatic experiences, relationship/interpersonal difficulties, anxiety/depression, and working with LGBTQIA-identified individuals. I also welcome clients who simply want to learn more about themselves and their lives.
