My practice as a life coach focuses on helping individuals identify and achieve personal goals, make life decisions, enhance personal growth, and improve overall well-being. I create a safe, collaborative environment for navigating the rough seas of life. I work with individuals looking for guidance and consultation around relationship difficulties with partners, children and other family members. In my work clients are at the helm and I am the compassionate navigator. I assist people learning communication skills and self-care skills such as meditation.
The capacity to enjoy stillness enhances one's capacity for resilience, insight and coping with life's difficulties and challenges. In my work with individual, couples and families I make room to teach meditation and relaxation skills.
Over my forty plus years of practice I have trained others in Time Effective Treatment . This experience has evolved into a specialty of providing skill building workshops to Couples in Committed Relationships wanting to learn about fair fighting and deepening intimacy and Women in their 50's and 60's coping with singlehood.
