Hi I’m Lexi and I work with individuals and couples who are looking to grow to better understand themselves and their past in order to move forward. I offer counseling to individuals and couples from various socioeconomic backgrounds & military-connected men and women who are experiencing trauma, anger, or relational conflict. Reactions to traumatic events might feel like anger, depression, anxiety, or avoidance of feelings. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 30+ years of experience. I work with individuals who have complicated histories and current complex situations. If permitted, I will walk beside you in your healing process, offering education, direction, encouragement, & support. Many come into therapy feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed and alone. I aim to develop a trusting relationship & provide safety which is critical to recovery. My typical client is a person with one or more addictions and/or PTSD symptoms & reactions, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, etc.; any combination may or may not have been diagnosed at time of entry.

We help clients look at their situations and problems as opportunities to explore their choices to work toward staying on track by meeting their goals in order to enhance their lives. We aid people in finding solutions for their problems instead of focusing only on the problem. This is a clinical outpatient setting and we help clients address all disorders listed in the Diagnostic Statistical Manual, 5th Edition - Text Revision (DSM-5-TR).
