Our agency includes psychiatrists, psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who collaborate to provide integrative care. In life, there are times when we feel stuck, either in a negative mindset, bad habit or situation wondering what happened and how we arrived at such a place. Often times our problems/situations are prolonged or hidden by shame, defense, hurt or anger. In these situations, what is needed is a safe nonjudgmental space where we feel seen and understood, and to explore challenges in our lives, and the possibility of change.
