She genuinely cares for her clients and puts a lot of time and effort into making sure they are getting the help that they need. She takes a trauma-informed approach and uses attachment-based theory in her practice. She also utilizes CBT, Person-Centered and Mindfulness Based Interventions. When working with children, she loves using Play Therapy Techniques as play is a child’s primary form of communication and processing.

I earned my doctorate in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2018; I have worked as an Outpatient Therapist for nearly 8+ and have also been a Certified Teacher with Miami Dade Public Schools for over 13 years.
