I focus on careful assessment and helping those in need of clinical services using a variety of evidenced based approaches. In my practice, I use a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, group, and family therapy depending on individual needs. I have much experience working with psychiatric and behavioral problems such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders and so on. Teaching individuals how to manage and cope with symptoms of grief, marital problems, family conflict, divorce, parenting issues, and other relational problems are additional areas of specialty.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges they face and supporting their mental and emotional well-being. I have a deep understanding of the unique needs and developmental stages of children and young adults, allowing me to provide effective and compassionate care. I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I enjoy processing with individuals and listening to personal journeys to find a resolution. I was a High School performance art major and find this skill set benefical in providing supports through visual cues using various therapeutic approaches and modalities. I specialize in working with children and families in child welfare. I enjoy working with young children and teens as these are challenging developmental years, trauma and distress from systemic and familial patterns of behaviors, coupled with low parenting, coping, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

I am a Licensed Psychologist with expertise in Pediatric Neuropsychology and Behavioral Medicine. I work with pediatric patients and young adults with long COVID, TBI/concussions, spinal cord injury, epilepsy, brain tumors, arteriovenous malformation bleeds/strokes, demyelinating diseases, cancer, transplant recipients, general medical conditions and genetic disorders affecting the nervous system. I also specialize in neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum (children and adults), developmental and learning disorders, attention-deficit and disruptive behavior disorders, comorbid anxiety, and mood disorders.

Academic difficulties may include assessing issues such as inattentive, impulsive or hyperactive behavior, learning difficulties as well as social-emotional challenges. Enhancements include testing for potential gifted needs.
