My ideal client struggles with insecurities, fears, has low self- esteem, and difficulties to identify his or her strengths. He or she has fears, and anxieties, and create the worst possible case scenarios in his or her inner dialogue for situations that he or she finds threatening or challenging. Also my ideal client needs to identify strategies to better manage their time. My ideal client struggles with anxieties in his or her relationship, which could lead to codependency and anxious attachment patterns.

I have experience treating a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, dating and relationship concerns, family issues, stress management, grief and loss, identity and LGBTQ+ issues, and life transitions. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and I work completely remotely through a telehealth platform with Florida state residents. Additionally, I am a board-approved qualified supervisor for registered clinical social work interns in the state of Florida. I offer independent clinical supervision and case consultation to both new and established clinicians.

We want treatment to be accessible to everyone! To accommodate, we have five graduate-level clinicians who can provide discounted treatment rates starting at $45 per session. The rate for one of our more seasoned professionals begins at $105, to give you a point of reference. We have 3 Registered Mental Health Counselors and 2 LMHCs. We also accept most major insurances. I approach things differently, blending psychotherapy with intuition. I have extensive training in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as energy psychology. Some fundamental questions in our work together will be: how does fear control your life? what causes you to stay stuck in unhealthy patterns? Digging into these patterns is our launchpad. But tapping into your intuition and your higher self is a game changer. Fear will no longer be in charge of your mind. My passion is to help you connect the dots in your own life and really trust yourself.

I am a trained ART Therapist. Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing evidence-based therapies. Which has shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly usually within few sessions? Clients with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, (PTSD) substance abuse, sexual abuse and many other physical conditions. My ideal client is one who is striving to make a change. In order for this to occur, there must be cooperation and mutual respect between all parties. I will also work with those who are unable to express their feelings & thoughts and who have built these up due to the stigma regarding mental health.

One afternoon I told my wife that after another tour, I would be leaving the U.S. Coast Guard for a very different career. Serving my country and the men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard is one of the greatest honors and privileges of my life. After serving for nine years I knew that directly assisting and serving people is the life-giving work of my heart.
